Newburn Archery and Newburn Junior Archery clubs are based at the Newburn Activity centre in Newburn on the banks of the river tyne. We are a friendly target archery club affliated to GNAS (the national body) and have members from 9 to 90.

We are a friendly bunch and cover most bow styles (recurve, compound and longbow  mainly) and members range from the purely social archer to the dedicated competition archers. We run beginners courses throughout the year and you are welcome to pre-register for the next course, see the beginners course menu to the left.

Currently we are in the outdoor season and shooting times are 5pm onwards on Fridays and 4pm onwards on Sundays.
